  • 1. Reservations and Payments
  • 2. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation before 14 days : reimbursement of 100%
    • Cancellation with less than 14 days or no-show: no refund
    • Exceptions (medical emergencies, natural disasters)
  • 3. Check-in and Check-out
    • Specific times (check-in 16:00, check-out before 11:00)
    • What happens if they arrive late or early: consult with the HOST
    • Key handover/return process: keys will be on the table and on the day of departure they are left on the table.
    • 30 Euro/hour late check-out charge
  • 4. Use of the Apartment
    • Maximum number of guests allowed is 2. Due to security policies and accommodation regulations, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the flat. If we are aware that the number of guests is higher than the number of guests registered on the booking. You will be charged a supplement of 55 Euros per guest per night or unfortunately you will be asked to leave the flat without the possibility to claim any refund.
    • It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or events
    • Animals not allowed
    • Please note that out of respect for future guests and to maintain a healthy environment, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony.  
    • If you need the sofa bed as a bed, please let me know when booking.
    • Not allowed to sublet or use for commercial purposes.
    • We ask for responsible use of electricity and water resources. In case of excessive use by the guest, he/she will have to bear the additional costs (the electricity bill may not exceed 50 euros and the water bill may not exceed 40 euros). .
  • 5. Guest Responsibilities
    • Keeping the flat in good condition
    • Liability for damage or loss during your stay
    • Excessive cleaning charge if the place is left too dirty
    • Inventory of assets
  • 6. Owner's Responsibilities
    • Ensure that the flat is clean and functional.
    • Urgent maintenance and repairs
    • Limitation of liability for lost or stolen personal property
    • If there are technical problems (water, electricity, internet) it will be communicated for a prompt solution.
  • 7. Security/Guarantee Deposit
    • A deposit of 300 euros will be charged before the day of check-in, which will be REFUNDED if the flat is in good condition.
    • To be returned 1 day after check-out
    • The security deposit will be CHARGED for damages, extraordinary cleaning, loss of keys or missing materials and if this is not sufficient, a CLAIM will be made directly to the HOSPITAL.
  • 8. Community Standards
    • Respect for neighbours and quiet hours (12:00 to 9:00)
    • Responsible use of communal areas (swimming pool, car park, etc.)
